My name is Steven Calhoun and I push pigments around. People often overanalyze the meaning of artwork. My artwork holds no more meaning than a nice twig in the forest does. It exists and that is nice enough for me. I’m not saying artwork isn’t meaningful, I just think beauty cannot be judged objectively.
I’m just doodling at different fidelities, experimenting in morphing mediums. and wandering the wonders my brain creates, as I steer my conscious gathering of space dust through this world. My collection of art features mind-bending perspectives, broken realities, and horrifying beauties that all linger in the back of my mind.
Question your perception. Don’t yuck other people’s yums. Explore the unknown. Stop and look at the ground, you animals.
